Individual Therapy
We provide individual cognitive-behavioural therapy for teens (around ages 13-17) facing emotional challenges. We work individually with adolescents to help them manage emotions, cope with concerns, and build resilience. Parents are included in the process when helpful, ensuring a supportive path to healing.
We accept self- or parent-referrals. We will first complete a brief phone call to learn more about the teen and their treatment goals.
Therapy can be held via Zoom or in-person at the UBC Point Grey Campus.
Therapists will be UBC graduate students in clinical psychology supervised by a registered psychologist with expertise in adolescent treatment.
